Before and After Photos

Another happy patient with a fantastic new smile. That is some powerful plastic!

This young lady was hit in the mouth and her front tooth fractured half-way down the root. The tooth was removed and an implant was immediately placed. In this picture, the implant had already been placed and was healing.

Customized computer -designed zirconia parts are milled in Sweden and artists here in Texas create an all-porcelain crown. In years past, this patient would have had to grind down the teeth on either side of this one for a bridge. Not anymore!

Years of acid erosion had weakened and destroyed the enamel of our patient’s smile.

Porcelain veneers to the rescue!! Both form and function were restored here and the patient couldn’t be happier. What an amazing investment in yourself.

An extremely deep bite and front teeth that hang far out were no match for Invisalign- the clear alternative to braces. At Sandalwood, we offer both clear and traditional metal braces.

This picture shows the inside of a new denture. You can see the housings that snap onto the implants and hold it firmly in place. This can be done for nearly anyone wearing a lower denture, and it improves the quality of life exponentially.

This patient lost his teeth decades ago and had lost so much bone that he couldn’t wear a denture anymore. Two perfectly placed implants courtesy of Dr. Charlie Dyer created an attachment for a new denture.

Wow!! Handsome and functional, this young man is back in the game. He can confidently chew and smile once again.

Implant Crowns After

In the context and frame of her face, these look fantastic and our patient couldn’t thank us enough. The difference that this procedure has made for her is a joy to see.

Years of staining and grinding had destroyed the edges of her front teeth and she wanted her smile back

A natural looking set of veneers both replaced the broken tooth structure and invigorated her smile. Outstanding!

One of the most fun parts of smile design is customizing each setup to our individual patient. These veneers may look large here, but check out the next picture.

Hockey is a dangerous sport!! This young man had two teeth knocked out. After placement of an implant, two custom-stained porcelain crowns were made to perfectly match the surrounding teeth.

In this case, a band of tissue called the frenum was pulling the front teeth apart and causing discomfort while eating.

Two weeks after trimming the tissue with our soft-tissue laser she is completely healed. Now she is in braces and we will have a final picture in a few months. The laser is an amazing tool for numerous dental procedures

Older fillings that were failing and rotations of the teeth kept this young lady from enjoying photos like she wanted to.

Stained teeth? Rotated teeth? Chipped edges??? Veneers give us the ability to control shape, shade and length all at the same time.

Not a bad way to melt off a few years… How much more would you smile afterwards? I know that she does all the time now.

This young lady came in because she had an ugly filling on her front tooth and wanted to know what we could do about her gummy smile.

Cosmetic gum contouring transformed her smile. You can see how much tooth structure was hidden by the gums. Afterwards we replaced the filling material with a beautiful veneer (not pictured). This is truly a smile-changing procedure!

This patient chipped his tooth and needed a same-day solution. A resin filling had him smiling in no time.

Her new smile tells the whole story... beautiful!

This young lady had darkened teeth from antibiotics as a child

Years of grinding and stains from antibiotics kept this young man from enjoying his smile

Rotated and broken teeth kept this businessman from showing off his smile.

In two short weeks we corrected years of damage and restored confidence.

This crown blends seamlessly into the background of the natural teeth.

Can you spot the all-porcelain crown? When necessary, we can have one of our labs custom stain your restoration to match the unique character of your teeth.
